Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, holidays, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the email address provided during checkout.

Shipping Times

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery time is:

  • United States: 7–10 business days
  • International Orders: 7–10 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, local postal services, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

International Shipping

Evermore ships worldwide.

International customers are responsible for complying with their country's import regulations.

Customs inspections, import duties, taxes, VAT, and other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or local postal services.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transportation rests with the carrier.

If a package is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, customers should contact both the carrier and our support team for assistance.

Evermore is not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery failures caused by the shipping carrier, customs authorities, weather events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to pay customs fees, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs before the order can be reshipped.
